Heather McDowell has been a working artist since 2013. In her home studio, Heather’s practice has evolved through portraiture, landscapes, large scale botanicals, travelogues and life drawing. Currently undertaking a Foundation Diploma in Art & Design at West Dean College, aiming to more fully convey the challenges and joys of mid-life.

With a background as an Occupational Therapist, Heather uses analytical and coaching skills with arty know-how to provide fun and satisfying art sessions for adults of all experience levels.

Painting classes and workshops are based in Stoke Poges, which are easily accessible from Slough, Gerrards Cross, Amersham, Beaconsfield and Uxbridge. Private group tutoring also available.
